BS EN ISO 9001:2008
It is the policy of Highway Traffic Management Ltd, to implement and maintain a documented Quality system which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008 and all legal requirements.
Highway Traffic Management Ltd is committed to providing customers with products and services which comply in all respects with the specifications, orders regulatory requirements which meet the needs and expectations of the customers.
The organisational goals are that quality shall be inherent in the products and services supplied and that a policy of continual improvement is maintained throughout the organisation.
All policies and procedures relating to quality are authorised by the Managing Director and maintained by the HSQE Manager. They provide the framework for establishing and reviewing quality objectives.
